Here are the ways to leave a Legacy Gift:

Central Provident Fund (CPF)

A CPF nomination allows you to ensure your CPF savings are distributed according to your wishes. You can include CCF as a beneficiary of your CPF in the nomination form.

Insurance Policy

You may nominate CCF as a beneficiary of your policy.

Bequest Your Will

Include a statement in your will allocating your assets to CCF to support children and families impacted by childhood cancer. This could be a sum of money, a property, or the remainder of your estate after tax deductions and other expenses.

Here is an example of what you could include in your will:

“I hereby direct that xxx of my estate be given to <Charity Name>, <UEN> with its office at <Charity Address>.”*
