In the opinion of the Board of Management Committee Members, the accompanying financial statements are
drawn up in accordance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, the Societies Act, Chapter 311
(the “Societies Act”) and the Singapore Charities Act, Chapter 37 (the “Charities Act”) so as to present fairly, in all
material respects, the state of affairs of Children’s Cancer Foundation (the “Foundation”) as at 31December 2015 and
the results, changes in funds and cash flows of the Foundation for the reporting year ended.
TheBoard of Management Committee approved and authorised these financial statements for issue.
