Hospitalisation is often a very
stressful experience for many
children as they may feel homesick
and miss the activities they would
otherwise get to experience at
home or in school. Hospital Play
Service helps to create a positive
environment and brighten their stay
in the hospital.
Supported by a pool of dedicated
volunteers, the fun-filled activities
allow children to indulge in play
and festive celebrations, bringing a
sense of normalcy to them. Some
of these also serve as a platform to
deepen the relationshipbetween the
caregiver and child.
